Terms & Conditions

Welcome to King Wheel Stops. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or submitting payment through our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Services

King Wheel Stops manufactures, supplies, and installs high-quality concrete wheel stops. We reserve the right to update or change any product specification, service description, or pricing without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website or via direct contact (email, phone, or form) are subject to confirmation and acceptance by King Wheel Stops.

Payment Methods Accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, ACH, and other methods offered at checkout.
Deposits: Orders may require a partial or full deposit before production or scheduling of installation begins.
Online Payment Security: All transactions are processed using secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment data.

3. Delivery & Installation

We offer delivery and installation across Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding regions.

Delivery Timeframes: Estimated timelines will be communicated after order confirmation.
Site Readiness: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the site is accessible and ready at the agreed-upon time.
Rescheduling Fees: A rescheduling fee may apply for changes with less than 24 hours’ notice.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Cancellations: May be accepted before production begins. A cancellation fee may apply.
Returns: Products that have been delivered, installed, or used are not eligible for return.
Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Warranty & Limitations

Our wheel stops are manufactured to the highest standards using 4000 PSI concrete and #4 rebar. While built for durability, environmental factors and improper handling may affect performance.

Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects only; does not cover cracking due to mishandling or improper installation by third parties.
Claims: Must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, logos, and site text are the property of King Wheel Stops and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

King Wheel Stops shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays, loss of business, or property damage caused by improper installation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Dallas County.
